Sumanth Prabhas

Sumanth Prabhas is an Indian actor, writer, and filmmaker who mainly works in the Telugu film industry. Born on 13 July 1994 in Hyderabad, Telangana, he first gained popularity through digital content and web series before moving into mainstream cinema. A big admirer of actor Prabhas, he adopted “Prabhas” as part of his screen name as a tribute to his inspiration and passion for Telugu films. His creative journey started with short films and the popular web series Pilla Pillagadu, which helped him establish himself as a talented young storyteller.
Sumanth made his feature film debut as a writer, director, and lead actor with Mem Famous (2023), a coming-of-age drama set in rural Telangana that received appreciation for its authenticity and youthful spirit. The success of the film introduced him as one of the promising new talents in Tollywood. He later appeared in Godari Gattupaina (2026), further displaying his versatility as an actor.
