Cocktail 2 (2026)

Cocktail 2 is a Hindi-language romantic comedy-drama that was released in theatres on 19 June 2026. Directed by Homi Adajania, who also helmed the original Cocktail (2012), the film serves as a spiritual sequel under the Maddock Films and Luv Films banners. The movie features music composed by Pritam and stars Shahid Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles. Moving away from the original London backdrop, the story unfolds across the beautiful locations of Sicily, Delhi, and Gurugram.

The film follows Kunal (Shahid Kapoor), a talented chef, and his longtime girlfriend Diya (Rashmika Mandanna), an architect, who have been together since their college days. After spending 16 years in a happy relationship, they consider marriage to be just a formality, despite constant pressure from their families. Their lives take an unexpected turn when Alisha “Ally” (Kriti Sanon) enters the picture during separate bachelor and bachelorette celebrations. A series of misunderstandings, emotional complications, and a missing phone create a chaotic love triangle, forcing the characters to question love, commitment, and the true meaning of lifelong relationships.
