Shahid Kapoor

Shahid Kapoor is an Indian film actor known for his work in Bollywood. Born on February 25, 1981, in New Delhi, he is the son of actors Pankaj Kapur and Neelima Azeem. Following his parents’ divorce, Kapoor was raised by his mother and her second husband, Rajesh Khattar, until their separation in 2001. He trained as a dancer under Shiamak Davar and appeared as a background dancer in films like Dil To Pagal Hai (1997) and Taal (1999). Kapoor made his acting debut in 2003 with the romantic comedy Ishq Vishk.
