Zack Knight

Zack Knight, born on 22 November 1991 in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, England, is a British-Pakistani singer, songwriter, composer, and music producer known for blending R&B, pop, and Bollywood-influenced sounds into his music. He was born to a Pakistani Punjabi mother and an African father with Indian Bengali roots. Knight initially performed under the stage name Zeekay before adopting his real name around 2011. He is known for writing, composing, and engineering much of his own work, often singing in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, while incorporating Middle Eastern and South Asian musical elements.
Influenced by international R&B legends such as Michael Jackson, Boyz II Men, and Usher, Zack Knight developed a distinctive fusion style that brought him widespread recognition. He rose to fame with the hit song “Bom Diggy,” a collaboration with Jasmin Walia that later featured in the Bollywood film Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. Other popular tracks like “Ya Baba,” “Nakhre,” “Galtiyan,” and “Enemy” further cemented his popularity, topping charts on the BBC Asian Network and major streaming platforms. Over the years, he has released albums such as I Am Zack Knight (2022) and REBORN (2025), continuing to expand his global fanbase with expressive, cross-genre music that bridges Western and South Asian influences.
