Thamma (2025)

Thamma is a Hindi-language supernatural romantic horror-comedy directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, and serves as the fifth installment in the popular Maddock Horror Comedy Universe (Stree, Bhediya, Munjya, Stree 2, Thamma). The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana as Alok Goyal, an urban journalist, and Rashmika Mandanna as Tadaka/Tarika, a mysterious woman from a mythical vampire-like race known as the ‘Betaals.’ The story blends romance, horror, mythology, and dark humor, with Nawazuddin Siddiqui portraying the ancient Betaal leader Yakshasan and a supporting cast including Paresh Rawal.

With music by Sachin–Jigar, the film brings a thrilling mix of supernatural lore and entertainment. It was released theatrically on 21 October 2025 (Diwali Release).
