Sundarakanda (2025)

Sundarakanda is a Telugu-language romantic comedy-drama written and directed by debutant Venkatesh Nimmalapudi. The film stars Nara Rohith in the lead role, alongside Virti Vaghani, and marks the notable comeback of actress Sridevi Vijaykumar. Music for the film is composed by Leon James, and it was released theatrically on 27 August 2025.

The story revolves around Siddharth (Nara Rohith), a bachelor in his late 30s who struggles to find a life partner because he is firmly stuck to a checklist of five qualities inspired by his childhood love, Vaishnavi (Sridevi Vijaykumar). His life takes a funny and emotional turn when he falls in love with a much younger college student, Eira (Virti Vaghani), only to realize that her mother is none other than Vaishnavi herself. The film blends humor with emotion while exploring themes of age difference, second chances, and the gap between generations.
