RP Patnaik

RP Patnaik is a renowned Indian music composer, playback singer, screenwriter, film director, and actor, best known for his work in Telugu cinema, with contributions to Kannada and Tamil films as well. He entered the film industry with a dream of becoming a director but began his journey as a music director with the movie ‘Neekosam’ (1999). Patnaik made his directorial debut with the film ‘Andamaina Manasulo’ in 2008. As a singer, he has not only lent his voice to his own compositions but has also sung for almost all the leading music directors. Beyond music, he ventured into acting with his debut in the 2004 Telugu film ‘Seenu Vasanthi Lakshmi’, where he portrayed a blind singer, showcasing his versatility as an artist.
