Purushaha (2026)

Purushaha is a Telugu-language comedy-drama that was released in theatres on 22 May 2026. Directed by Veeru Vulavala and produced by Battula Koteswara Rao under the Kalyan Productions banner, the film combines family emotions with lighthearted humor. It stars Pavan Kalyan Battula, Sapthagiri, Kasireddy Rajkumar, and Rayancha Kokkura in important roles, while the music is composed by Shravan Bharadwaj.

The story follows Govind (Pavan Kalyan Battula), a successful family and marriage therapist who strongly believes that open communication can solve every relationship problem. However, his own life takes an unexpected turn when his wife, Kamala, decides to file for divorce. At the same time, the wives of his three closest friends also seek separation, bringing the four men together in a shared struggle. As they live under one roof and reflect on their failed marriages, Govind must use his professional knowledge to understand his own mistakes and rediscover the true meaning of love, trust, and companionship. Purushaha presents these themes through a blend of comedy, emotions, and relatable family situations.
