Mass Jathara (2025)

Mass Jathara is a 2025 Telugu-language action-comedy film that marks the directorial debut of Bhanu Bogavarapu. The film stars “Mass Maharaja” Ravi Teja in a high-energy, old-school avatar alongside Sreeleela, marking their second collaboration after the blockbuster Dhamaka. Music for the film is composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, and it was released theatrically on 31 October 2025.

The story follows Lakshman Bheri (Ravi Teja), a sincere and spirited Railway Police Officer who is transferred from Warangal to the remote region of Adivivaram in the Alluri district after clashing with a minister’s son. There, he uncovers the reign of a ruthless drug lord, Shivudu (Naveen Chandra), who forces villagers to cultivate marijuana. What follows is Lakshman’s one-man fight against the drug syndicate, delivered with trademark mass style, while also developing a romance with a local school teacher, Tulasi/Ammu (Sreeleela).
