Mardaani 3 is a 2026 Indian Hindi-language action thriller that arrived in theaters on 30 January 2026. Directed by Abhiraj Minawala and produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films (YRF) banner, the film marks the darkest and most intense chapter in the franchise and coincides with Rani Mukerji’s 30th anniversary in Indian cinema.

The story follows the return of the fearless ACP Shivani Shivaji Roy (Rani Mukerji), who is assigned a high-stakes case involving the kidnapping of an Indian ambassador’s daughter in Bulandshahr. As Shivani investigates, she uncovers a sinister international network dealing in child trafficking, organ harvesting, and a “beggar mafia,” led by the franchise’s first female antagonist, Amma (Mallika Prasad). The film also stars Janki Bodiwala as a fellow police officer, along with Jisshu Sengupta and Mikhail Yawalkar, and features music composed by Sarthak Kalyani.
