Love OTP (2025)

Love OTP is a 2025 bilingual Telugu–Kannada romantic comedy-drama written, directed, and headlined by Aniissh Tejeshwar. The film’s title cleverly expands to “Over Torture Pressure,” reflecting its central theme of how obsessive relationships can turn suffocating. The cast includes Aniissh Tejeshwar, Rajeev Kanakala, Swaroopinii, Jahnvika Kalakeri, Tulasi Shivamani, and Natya Ranga. Music is composed by Anand Rajavikram, and the film was released theatrically on 14 November 2025.

The story follows Akshay, also known as Akki (Aniissh Tejeshwar), an aspiring cricketer living under the strict control of his anti-love, police-officer father Shankar (Rajeev Kanakala). Akki’s life turns into a comic and emotional chaos when he gets trapped between two women—Sana (Swaroopinii), a possessive software engineer who forces him into a relationship through emotional pressure, and Nakshatra (Jahnvika Kalakeri), a gentle and understanding physiotherapist he genuinely loves. The film humorously yet thoughtfully explores toxic relationships, personal freedom, and the struggle to balance dreams, family expectations, and love.
