Little Hearts (2025)

Little Hearts is a Telugu-language romantic comedy directed by debutant Sai Marthand and emerged as one of the biggest sleeper hits of 2025. The film stars popular social media personality Mouli Tanuj Prasanth, making his debut as a lead actor, alongside Shivani Nagaram. The supporting cast includes Rajeev Kanakala, S. S. Kanchi, Jai Krishna, and Nikhil Abburi. Music for the film is composed by Sinjith Yerramilli, and it was released theatrically on 5 September 2025.

Set in pre-Jio era Hyderabad of 2015, the story follows Akhil (Mouli), a carefree student who fails the EAMCET exam and joins a long-term coaching center. There, he meets the intelligent and disciplined Khatyayani (Shivani Nagaram). What begins as light-hearted comedy and awkward romance slowly turns into a relatable coming-of-age journey. The film was widely praised for its nostalgic setting, middle-class humor, and the natural chemistry between the lead pair. Made on a modest budget, Little Hearts surprised everyone by grossing over ₹40 crore, earning blockbuster status among small-budget films.
