Kingdom (2025)

Kingdom is a Telugu-language spy action-thriller directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri. The film stars Vijay Deverakonda in a career-defining role as Surya (Suri), a sharp and impulsive police constable whose nature often lands him in difficult situations. Music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, and it was released theatrically on 31 July 2025.

The story takes Suri on a dangerous undercover mission to Sri Lanka during the civil war era to find his long-lost brother, Siva, played by Satyadev. The film stands out for its unique narrative structure, opening with a mystical prologue set in 1920s Srikakulam before shifting to high-stakes espionage in the 1990s.
