Kichcha Sudeep
Kichcha Sudeep, born as Sudeep Sanjeev on 2 September 1971 in Shimoga, Karnataka, is a highly popular Indian actor, director, producer, screenwriter, television presenter, and singer, best known for his work in Kannada cinema. He began his film career with supporting roles in movies like Thayavva (1997) and Prathyartha (1999), and gained recognition as a lead actor with Sparsha (2000). His powerful performance in Huchcha (2001) earned him the nickname “Kichcha,” which later became an inseparable part of his identity.
Over the years, Sudeep has established himself as one of the most successful and highest-paid actors in Kannada cinema, starring in several hit films across genres. He made his directorial debut with My Autograph (2006) and has also appeared in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil films, expanding his reach beyond Karnataka. Outside cinema, he is widely known as the long-time host of Bigg Boss Kannada, which he has been anchoring since 2013. In his early years, Sudeep also represented his college in under-17 cricket, reflecting his interest in sports alongside the arts.
