Kanya Kumari (2025)

Kanya Kumari is a Telugu-language coming-of-age romantic drama written and directed by Srujan Attada and presented by actress Madhu Shalini. Set against the rustic backdrop of the Srikakulam district, the film stars Geeth Saini, Sreecharan Rachakonda, Bhadram, Muralidhar Goud, and Prabhavathi Varma. Music for the film is composed by Ravi Nidamarthy. It was released theatrically on 27 August 2025 and later premiered on OTT platforms Amazon Prime Video and Aha Video on 17 September 2025.

The story highlights the clash between tradition and ambition through its lead characters. Tirupati (Sreecharan Rachakonda) is deeply passionate about agriculture and chooses to remain in his village as a farmer, while Kanya Kumari (Geeth Saini) is an ambitious young woman working as a salesgirl in a shopping mall and dreaming of becoming a software engineer in the city. As their relationship grows, Tirupati tries hard to win her love, even giving up his passion for farming to take up a city job. The film offers a heartfelt exploration of love, sacrifice, and the struggle between personal dreams and emotional bonds.
