Junior (2025)

Junior is a Telugu and Kannada bilingual action-drama that marks the high-profile debut of Kireeti Reddy, son of politician Gali Janardhan Reddy. Directed by Radhakrishna Reddy, the film is a commercial entertainer that blends youthful romance with strong family emotions. Music for the film is composed by Devi Sri Prasad (DSP), and it was released theatrically on 18 July 2025.

The story follows Abhi (Kireeti Reddy), a young man who feels restricted by the overprotective and old-fashioned love of his father, Kodandapani (V. Ravichandran). In search of freedom, Abhi moves to the city for college, where he falls in love with Spoorthi (Sreeleela). His life takes a dramatic turn when he joins a corporate company headed by the strict Vijaya Soujanya (Genelia D’Souza). As Abhi uncovers a corruption scam, he also discovers a shocking truth that Vijaya is his long-lost elder sister. The film then focuses on his journey to reunite the family and bridge the emotional gap between generations.
