Jan Neta (transl. Leader of the People) is the official Hindi dubbed version of the Indian political action-drama Jana Nayagan, which was released in theatres worldwide on 23 July 2026. Directed by H. Vinoth, the mega-budget film marks a significant milestone as the final theatrical appearance of Thalapathy Vijay before his full-time entry into politics. Distributed in the Hindi-speaking regions by Zee Studios, the film is the official remake of the 2023 Telugu blockbuster Bhagavanth Kesari. Combining action, emotion, and political drama, the movie delivers a powerful story of courage, responsibility, and justice.

The story follows Vetri Kondan (Vijay), a former senior police officer who is released from prison after serving his sentence. He takes on the responsibility of raising Vijayalakshmi, also known as Viji (Mamitha Baiju), the daughter of his late jailer friend, and encourages her to overcome childhood trauma while preparing to join the Indian Army. Their lives are disrupted when the dangerous criminal mastermind Himmler (Bobby Deol) launches a series of deadly attacks using advanced weapons and drone technology. Forced back into action, Vetri must confront the powerful criminal network, protect his loved ones, and safeguard the people from a growing threat.
