Irshad Kamil
Irshad Kamil is a celebrated Indian lyricist, admired for his poetic and emotional lyrics in Bollywood films. Born on 5 September 1971 in Malerkotla, Punjab, he hails from a Punjabi Muslim family and is the seventh child of his parents. Kamil pursued journalism at Panjab University and later earned postgraduate and PhD degrees in Hindi.
