Ghaati (2025)

Ghaati is a Telugu-language action crime drama directed by Krish Jagarlamudi. The film stars Anushka Shetty in the lead role, alongside Vikram Prabhu, who makes his Telugu debut, Jagapathi Babu, Chaitanya Rao Madadi, Ravindra Vijay, and Jisshu Sengupta. Music for the film is composed by Nagavelli Vidya Sagar, and it was released theatrically on 5 September 2025.

Set against the rugged and misty backdrop of the Eastern Ghats along the Andhra–Odisha border, the story follows Sheelavathi (Anushka Shetty), a simple bus conductor whose life is thrown into chaos by the brutal cannabis trade run by the Naidu brothers. Along with her fiancé Desi Raju (Vikram Prabhu), she becomes an accidental part of this illegal world. After a devastating personal loss, Sheelavathi transforms from a helpless victim into a fierce and fearless figure, ultimately emerging as a symbol of rebellion and hope for the marginalized Ghaati community.
