Faheem Abdullah

Faheem Abdullah is an Indian playback singer, composer, and songwriter from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, known for his soulful voice and genre-blending style. His music draws heavily from Kashmiri culture and blends elements of indie pop, dream pop, Sufi rock, blues, and ghazals, giving his work a distinctive emotional and atmospheric quality. He began his musical journey through independent singles, gradually building a loyal audience with his unique sound.
Beyond music, Faheem is also recognized as a multidisciplinary artist, actively involved in filmmaking, poetry, and other creative expressions. He has co-founded a production house focused on promoting local Kashmiri talent. Faheem gained wider national recognition in 2025 after singing the title track “Saiyaara” for the Bollywood film Saiyaara, which brought his voice into the mainstream and led to a long-term collaboration with T-Series. Since then, he has continued to expand his presence in both film soundtracks and independent music, emerging as one of the most promising voices from Kashmir in contemporary Indian music.
