Durlabh Prasad Ki Dusri Shaadi (2025)

Durlabh Prasad Ki Dusri Shaadi is a Hindi-language family comedy-drama directed by Siddhant Raj Singh. Set in the vibrant lanes of Banaras, the film follows Durlabh Prasad (played by Sanjay Mishra), a simple and kind-hearted widower who runs a modest hair salon. His quiet life takes an unexpected turn when his son, Murli (Vyom Yadav), falls in love with Mehak (Palak Lalwani).

Mehak’s strict and status-conscious father places an unusual condition on their marriage: he will only agree if Durlabh Prasad remarries first, believing a household must have a woman at its center. This sets off a humorous and heartwarming bride-hunt that ultimately reunites Durlabh with his long-lost first love, Babita (Mahima Chaudhry). With music composed by Anurag Saikia for both songs and background score, the film blends warmth, comedy, and family values, and was released theatratically on 19 December 2025.
