Be Happy (2026)

Be Happy is a Hindi-language emotional dance drama starring Abhishek Bachchan, Inayat Verma, Nora Fatehi, and Nassar. Directed by renowned choreographer and filmmaker Remo D’Souza, the film premiered globally on 14 March 2025 as an Amazon Prime Video Original. While it carries the spirit of Remo’s popular dance-based films, Be Happy focuses more on family emotions and personal dreams than competitive dance battles.

The story follows Shiv Rastogi (Abhishek Bachchan), a loving single father living a simple life in Ooty with his daughter Dhara (Inayat Verma). Dhara dreams of performing on the popular television dance show India’s Superstar Dancer. Although Shiv initially wants her to focus on studies, he eventually supports her ambition and moves to Mumbai, where she begins training under a professional dance coach, Maggie (Nora Fatehi). When an unexpected crisis threatens to shatter Dhara’s dream, Shiv goes to extraordinary lengths to help her succeed, even overcoming his own fears and stepping onto the stage as her dance partner. Be Happy is a touching story about love, sacrifice, determination, and the special bond between a father and daughter.
