Bakasura Restaurant (2025)

Bakasura Restaurant is a Telugu-language horror-comedy written and directed by SJ Shiva. The film stars Praveen and Harsha Chemudu (popularly known as Viva Harsha) in the lead roles, supported by an ensemble cast of well-known comedy actors. Music for the film is composed by Vikas Badisa, and it was released theatrically on 8 August 2025.

The story follows Paramesh (Praveen), a software employee who dreams of opening his own restaurant. Living with four unemployed friends, he joins them in starting a ghost-hunting YouTube channel to earn quick money. Their lives take a terrifying turn when they discover an ancient book of black magic (Tantra Shastra) and accidentally unleash a greedy, invisible supernatural force that begins haunting their house and mysteriously stealing food.
