Anu Malik
Anu Malik is a well-known Indian music composer, and singer, primarily active in the Hindi film industry. Born on November 2, 1960, in Mumbai, he comes from a family of musicians, being the son of the legendary composer Sardar Malik. Malik made his Bollywood debut as a composer with the song “Zulm O Sitam Par Itrane Wale” for the film Hunterwali 77 (1977), later composing his full soundtrack for Poonam (1981). He has also been a prominent figure on Indian television, serving as a judge on popular reality singing shows like Indian Idol. Over the years, Anu Malik has composed numerous hit songs and has been honored with several awards for his contributions to the Indian film industry.
