Ankit Tiwari

Ankit Tiwari is a renowned Indian playback singer, music director, composer, and live performer, celebrated for his soulful and emotive melodies in Bollywood. Born on March 6, 1986, in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, he developed a passion for music early on and trained in classical music under the guidance of his mother, a devotional singer.

Ankit started his career composing jingles and background scores before gaining recognition as a music director with the film Do Dooni Chaar (2010). He made his singing debut in 2011 with the song “Saheb Bada Hatila” from Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster, a track he also composed. Ankit rose to prominence with the massive hit “Sunn Raha Hai” from Aashiqui 2 (2013), which earned him widespread recognition.
