Ae Watan Mere Watan is a Hindi historical biographical film set during India’s freedom struggle in 1942. The story revolves around Usha Mehta, a courageous young girl who starts an underground radio station to spread messages of unity, sparking a tense chase with British authorities during the Quit India movement. Directed by Kannan Iyer, the film stars Sara Ali Khan in the lead role, supported by Sachin Khedekar, Abhay Verma, Sparsh Shrivastav, Alexx O’Nell, and Anand Tiwari, with a special appearance by Emraan Hashmi. It was directly released on Amazon Prime Video on March 21, 2024.
