3BHK (2025)

3BHK is a Tamil-language family drama, also released in Telugu, directed by Sri Ganesh. The film stars Siddharth and Meetha Raghunath in the lead roles, along with veteran actors R. Sarathkumar and Devayani, who reunite on screen after nearly two decades. The music for the film is composed by Amrit Ramnath, marking his debut as a music director in Tamil cinema.

The story is a touching slice-of-life drama that spans over twenty years, following a middle-class family in Chennai whose shared dream is to own a three-bedroom house. The film explores themes of financial struggle, family bonding, and personal sacrifices, from a father adapting to a digital workplace to a son facing repeated career setbacks. This film was released theatratically on 4 July 2025.
